Privacy Policy
Neon Snake 5 for iOS · Last updated: 21 July 2026
This policy explains what happens to data when you play Neon Snake 5. The short version: the game itself asks for nothing about you, keeps your progress only on your own device, and has no accounts, no logins and no servers of ours. The one exception is advertising, which is described in full below.
Who is responsible
Neon Snake 5 is published by InPress Digital, based in Italy. For any question about this policy or your data, write to info@inpressdigital.com.
What we collect ourselves
Nothing. We operate no servers, no accounts and no analytics of our own. We never see your name, email address, contacts, photos, location or files.
What stays on your device
The game saves your highest unlocked level, your best score and your haptics preference using Apple's standard on-device storage. This data never leaves your iPhone, is not readable by us, and is deleted permanently when you delete the app.
Advertising
Neon Snake 5 displays advertising through Google AdMob, which is how the game is funded. To serve and measure those ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect the following, as documented by Google:
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| IP address | To estimate the approximate region of a device |
| Device identifiers, including the advertising identifier | Third-party advertising and analytics |
| Advertising data, such as which ads were shown | Ad delivery and measurement |
| Product interactions, such as app launches and taps | To measure advertising performance |
| Crash logs and performance data | To diagnose problems and improve the SDK |
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. Google's own policy governs it and is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We receive only aggregate, anonymous revenue reporting — never information about an individual player.
Tracking permission
On first launch, iOS asks whether you allow the app to track you across other companies' apps and websites. This is Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- If you decline, the advertising identifier is not used and you see non-personalised ads. The game plays exactly the same.
- If you allow, ads may be personalised based on the identifier.
You can change your mind at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Children
Neon Snake 5 is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data through the advertising described above, contact us and we will pass the request to Google.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR (Europe), the CCPA/CPRA (California) or similar laws — including access, deletion, correction, and objecting to the use of your data for personalised advertising.
Because we hold no personal data ourselves, the most direct steps are:
- Withdraw tracking consent in iOS Settings, as described above
- Reset your advertising identifier in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking
- Delete the app, which removes all locally stored progress
- Contact Google directly regarding data held by them
You may also write to us and we will help where we can, and forward the request to Google where we cannot.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
